i couldn't sleep so i came back down and looked up tutorials for photoshop. i kind of got the hang of the saturation, dodger and blur technique, check it out: (their "before" shot is below this post)

Those first 2 are amazing! Are they just the original files or did you do some photoshopping?
photoshop :) the original files were in that long stretch of photos i posted in the previous post. :) glad you like em thanks!
oh but for the record, the color of the berries weren't manipulated.. it was so cool to find them like that =]

Well done, you'll be ahead of the class in Photography during first semester. Be sure to talk to your teacher and get more out of them then they are teaching the rest of the class, talk to them after class and all that
that's pretty cool, and i'm definitely going to be talking to the profs, soaking up all i can :) i bet i'll have tons of questions anyway before the first month is over
